Frequently Asked Questions

1. I'm not able to sign-in, or I forgot my username or password.
If you're seeing the error message "Invalid log-in" or if you forgot your username and password, go back to the log-in page and click on "Forgot Password" link at the bottom. You will receive an email to reset your password. If you still need help, please contact the office.
2. I'm trying to submit my hours, but the Submit button is disabled. What should I do?
Do you see a yellow-highlighted message above the Submit button that says Error! You need to allow the website to know your location? If yes, you may have pressed Block when your phone asked to "Know your location." You will need to clear your phone's cache or browser history (see question #5). Also, make sure your phone's location services is ON (see question #3)
3. How do I allow my phone or computer to know my GPS location?
To test if your device is allowed to know your GPS location, go to https://www.w3schools.com/html/html5_geolocation.asp, and press the blue Try It button. If working, a map will appear and show your current location.

If it's still not working, try the following:
  • For desktop computers: Open Chrome browser. In the upper right (below the close button), click on the Settings icon. Go to History > History > Clear browsing data > Advanced tab. Make sure all options are checked. Press Clear Data button.
  • For iPhones: Go to Settings > Privacy > Location Services, and make sure this is ON. Also, go to Settings > Safari > Location > make sure it's set to "Ask"
4. I forgot to log hours for yesterday. What should I do?
Go to the Submit Hours page. Click on the calendar to select a different date.
5. How do I clear my cache or browser history?
  • For desktop computers: Press Control + F5 button (at the same time). Also, open Chrome browser. In the upper right (below the close button), click on the Settings icon. Go to History > History > Clear browsing data > Advanced tab. Make sure all options are checked. Press Clear Data button.
  • For iPhones: Go to Settings > Safari, and press on "Clear History and Website Data"
  • For Android: Open browser. Go to Settings > Privacy and security, and press "Delete browsing data"
6. How do I see the latest website updates?
Refresh the page. If you're still not seeing the changes, you'll need to clear the cache or browser history. Go to the previous question (how to clear my phone's cache or browser history). If there are still issues, contact the office.
